We had the opportunity to host a construction manager from Marin County for a tour of one of our projects. After an extensive discussion, they shared, “I’ve been wanting to implement prefab and modular construction on my projects for years. I’ve toured several factories, but the one question that was never clearly addressed was, ‘Who will assemble all the components to create a finished project?’ Today, I have my answer — it’s you. You are the ones who put everything together and make it all come to life.”

To which we responded, “Yes, that sums it up perfectly.”
